Return & Refund Policy

At BurnFlow we take pride in the quality of our product and your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return and refund within 60 days from your original purchase date — as long as the product has not been consumed.

Please read the full policy below for important details regarding eligibility and conditions.

60-Day Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Your request is submitted within 60 days of your purchase. 
  • The product(s) are sealed and unconsumed. 
  • Any unused bottles must be returned in their original condition. 
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. 
  • If you purchased a package with multiple bottles and used only part of it, you are eligible for a partial refund for the number of sealed bottles returned in good condition. 

Important: If all bottles have been consumed, you are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support at burnflowcustomer@gmail.com within 60 days of your purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once your RMA is approved, we will provide the return address.

Return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your RMA approval.

You must include your order number or proof of purchase in the package.

Return shipping is at your own cost.

After receiving and verifying the returned items, your refund will be processed within 21 business days.

Return Conditions

Refunds will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • Bottles are unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition. 
  • Items are returned within the timeframe mentioned above. 
  • The package includes a valid RMA and proof of purchase. 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products 
  • Products returned after the 60-day refund period 
  • Products returned without an RMA 
  • Shipping costs 
  • Digital content or bonuses 
Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original form of payment. 
  • It may take up to 21 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete. 

If your refund does not appear after that time, please contact your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us directly at burnflowcustomer@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, contact us at burnflowcustomer@gmail.com and we will provide instructions.

Exchanges are only accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
